DEPOSITS

A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking as a NEW GUEST to secure appointment(s). Deposits will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking your online reservation. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. Remaining balance is due at the appointment.


ARRIVING LATE

We strongly encourage our guests arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Late arrivals, of more than 20 minutes, are subject to being cancelled. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late.


CANCELLATIONS

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE…48 hours notice is required to cancel or make changes to your appointment. Giving less than 48 hours notice for a cancellation will result in the forfeit of your deposit. If you cancel or do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeit. If you need to reschedule your appointment you may transfer your deposit ONE time, as long as you give more than 48 hours notice. If you cannot make it to your rescheduled appointment your deposit will be forfeit and you will need a new deposit to book again.

EXTRA GUESTS

Due to insurance changes as well as the nature of our detailed services, sharp tools, needles, etc. Children under 12 will not be allowed in the procedure room. Being a mom as well, I know how BIG this is. Please plan ahead of time when it comes to your precious babies. We request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. Please no friends, boyfriends, husbands, children, and/or pets allowed. You deserve this time to treat yourself!


TOUCH UPS

You are responsible for scheduling your eight-week perfecting session. If you schedule the perfecting session after 8 weeks the cost will be an additional $50.


EXISTING TATTOOS/OLD PMU

I am extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists’ work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email clear photos of your brows for approval (CONTACT US) BEFORE your appointment booking. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, and how many sessions you received.

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS: Permanent makeup is a multi-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new permanent makeup to heal properly and look the very best following all Pre & Post Care Instructions is crucial! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
